- Restaurant service staff and cooking staff are obliged to wear masks.
- Alcohol disinfectants are installed in various places in the hotel.
Lobby tables, chairs, vending machines, counters, doorknobs for shared toilets, elevator buttons, etc. in the common spaces and rooms used by many customers, and door knobs, desks, etc. in the rooms and all areas touched are wiped with alcohol. In addition, sanitizing products are located in the front lobby and breakfast lounge. - Customers are requested to cooperate with alcohol disinfection by hand when entering the hotel or the restaurant.
- In the restaurant, we will change the equipment to serve dishes such as server tongs and dishes, and we will guide you at social distancing spaces as far as possible between seats.
- In the case of providing buffet dishes (breakfast) at restaurants, in order to prevent infection and ensure safety, we will change from the conventional self-service method by customers to staff served arranged dishes.
- Please fill out the guest list accurately. In addition, if you are feeling unwell due to fever, chills, coughing, etc. during your stay at the hotel, we ask that you contact the hotel immediately.
